Designed 18th Avenue Residences by Dwell Development

This is a very lovely development; well designed inside and out, well proportioned, nicely displayed. Dwell Development is a design/build company in Seattle, Washington that have recently completed four freestanding single family residences in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle.
Designed by staff architect Julian Weber, the homes include a number of sustainable features, and as a result, the project was recently chosen by the Built Green™ residential building program as their case study for August.  The case study can be viewed in it’s entirety by clicking here.
