The Enclave Home Interior Design by Jamie Herzlinger

This modern design concept of home interior is the result of the proposed renovation of the house by interior designer Jamie Herzlinger from America in Milan. Called The Enclave, this interior designs project is very exciting and unique that perfectly for homeowner lifestyle, world travelers who likes the work of Carlos Scarpa. The house has been completely gutted and only then soaring ceiling heights have been discovered. Within the box of space that previously evaporated the entry, dining room, hallways and living room, the interior designer were able to make each of these very dramatic public spaces by the controlled use of the bead blasted steel and poured terrazzo floors that had zinc screeds inlayed for a clear separation.
In the entry, the angled cabinet is a beautiful dining room buffet, fabricated in Makassar ebony and supported within two bead blasted steel columns. It is cantilevered in order to create a visual separation from the entrance, but at the same time contributing to the architectural details. The original master bathroom was combined with a walk in guest closet to create a larger space, as the programming required that the couple preferred to use the bath area together, thereby necessitating a larger space. Visual fluidity and an informal atmosphere were the driving and guiding principles in the complete renovation of this project.

Prepare Home for Guests

The area of your home your guests will spend the most time is the guest room. Spend time in ensuringthe room is ready. Start with decluttering and making room in closets and adequate space for suitcases and belongings. Put extra hangers in the closet, and clear out room in clothes dressers or armoires. Preferably buy new bed linen for the bed. If you would prefer to use existing linen, launder them right before your guest arrive. There is nothing more inviting than a fresh made bed for your guests to relax in.

Serrano Penthouse modern style by Ruiz Velázquez

Spanish architect  Hector Ruiz Velázquez has designed the Serrano Penthouse in Madrid, Spain. By perceiving these objects as interposed pieces we obtain a sensation of continuity, as the spectator moves through the house and never sees the end of each volume and really noticing the totality of the house.  These curved volumes have the ability to lead the light; by provoking rebounds like a fluid that goes throw the house, they really flood the house with light, illuminating each   interior space. They are surfaces that reinforce the internal movements of the house, not only of the visitor but of the light, walking through the space we can appreciate a continuous change of form and light, with the contrast of a soft perspective which is at the same time powerful. with shades of white color gives the impression ofthe room clean with a curved design gives a unique impression. design a kitchen equipped with cabinets with white and dark walls. and bathroom design is unique with large wastafle.

Modern House Fredensborg by NORM Architects

NORM Architects have recently completed the Modern House Fredensborg Located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Houses Fredensborg so fascinating. designed with the idea of a modern room using colors such as white light in a building with so many hidden spaces. As you enter the central hall of the house a grand staircase welcomes you to the highest point of the property, consisting of three different plateaus connecting the master bedroom, the living area, kitchen and dining area that connects serenely in one continuous space.
When walking from the kitchen area across the central staircase, you get a glimpse of the living area through the fireplace, which can be seen through the staircase, the kitchen, the dining area, and the living area. The living area is like a niche on the east-west axis, cut into the terrain, resulting in a dramatic ceiling height to one side where the sofa is and with large glass panels to the other side towards the wooden terrace emphasizing the illusion of space.

Pinck-Heerkens House in New York

Located in New York,  Pinck-Heerkedesigned by BogermanDill, Pinck-Heerkens House, a former pressoffice, lies on the Prinsengracht – one of Amsterdam’s most coveted streets. Architects BogermanDill renovated the former industrial space to form a family residence, while preserving a number of original features such as wooden floors, low ceilings and I-beams.
To connect the space’s four floors and unify the main living areas, BogemanDill created a large void in the centre of the house. The first and second stories are interconnected by a wooden staircase without a balustrade, and a floating staircase leads up to the third floor; both are in keeping with the open-plan feel of the space.
